Public Wireless New Media Project_

The Adelaide City Council has commissioned The Australian Network for Art & Technology (ANAT) to investigate creative ways to make use of wireless technology in public spaces. The opportunity exists to develop a project with an emphasis on interactive and engaging uses of wireless technology.
ANAT received from artists several project proposals that provide opportunities for direct interaction with the audience, and encourage exploration and discovery of public space.
Submissions have been assessed with three short listed proposals awarded a fee of $200 each. In consultation with the artist(s), one proposal will form the basis of an application to fund the development and presentation of a project.
