My practice is located between art and design - utilising advanced technologies to develop potent human scale projects. My research, practice, and teaching are multidisciplinary in nature and operate at the nexus between electronic engineering, design and spatial investigation.

I currently lecture in Interior Design at RMIT University, Melbourne and continue an active research and design practice. I am actively engaged in developing work, exhibiting, writing, researching and teaching. My background meshes communication theory and spatial investigation with a Masters from
SIAL and Bachelor degrees in Communications (1991-1993, University of Canberra) and Interior Design (1999-2002, RMIT). As such my area of research interest exists at the midpoint of these fields and I am fascinated by the potential of communications modalities to transcend physical limitations in a meaningful, embodied way.

I am currently collaborating with Nanotechnology Victoria to develop projects which address the emotional in therapeutic design.
